The weaving of empty and machine wrapped yarns in downstream mills has its own advantages and disadvantages. When warping an empty bag on an air jet loom, it is generally necessary to apply sizing, otherwise the fabric is prone to fuzzing and breakage, but it can be used directly at beat-up. In terms of cost alone, the capacity of empty bales is significantly higher than that of machine bales, making the price lower than that of machine bales, facilitating the reduction of costs for downstream weaving mills. Although the core yarn is not exposed in the machine bag, it is generally not easy to cause quality problems during spinning and weaving, except for uneven twist. However, the output is low, and the price is therefore more than RMB 5000/T higher than that of an empty bag of the same specification. The price of fine denier covered yarn is even higher than that of an empty bag of the same specification by RMB 10000/T, which greatly increases the cost of using the machine bag.
