Jiangsu Minglei Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. is a manufacturing company headquartered in Bai Dian Town, Haian County, Nantong, Jiangsu Province, located in the Energy-Saving and Environmental Protection Science and Technology Industrial Park. It was established on June 12, 2015.
