False twisting


Upper Thread:Load the POY raw yarn onto the yarn frame of the texturing machine.

Starting Thread:Pass the POY yarn through the guide, feed rollers, first heating chamber, cooling plate, false-twisting device, second heating chamber (if any), output rollers, oiling device, and network nozzle (if any) in sequence, and finally lead it to the empty paper tube on the winding head.

Operation:

Feed the POY at a set speed using the feed rollers.

The yarn bundle is heated and softened in the first heating chamber.

It is quickly cooled and shaped by the cooling plate, resulting in preliminary deformation.

The false-twisting device applies high-speed false twisting to the yarn bundle, forming a crimped structure.

Heat setting is performed in the second heating chamber (if the equipment is configured).

The output rollers output the yarn bundle at a set speed, controlling the final draw ratio and tension.

The yarn bundle is oiled and networked (if applicable).

The winding head winds the DTY into a qualified bobbin.

Doffing:When the winding reaches the set length or time, the full bobbin of DTY is automatically or manually doffed, and a new paper tube is installed to continue winding.

Inspection and Packaging:The doffed DTY bobbins are inspected for appearance and physical indicators. Qualified products are weighed, labeled, and packaged for storage.
