Raw Material Preparation and Machine Setup:
Select suitable specifications of spandex and sheath fiber bobbins according to process requirements.
Correctly install the spandex bobbin and sheath fiber bobbin onto the unwinding frame of the covering machine.
Connect compressed air (for air covering machine) or check the spindle system (for mechanical covering machine).
Starting Thread and Threading
Feed the spandex yarn and the covering yarn through the guide, tensioner, pre-stretching device (spandex), nozzle (empty package) or yarn guide/wire ring system (machine package), and oiling device in sequence according to the equipment path requirements, and finally lead it to the empty tube of the winding head.
